  1. How does the service work?
    1. DTCMVP (dtcmvp.com) facilitates product feedback calls between established Shopify brands and startup technology partners. This allows trusted startups to build better companies and allows credible merchants to be compensated for their feedback. Feedback members and partners are vetted.
  2. How much does it cost to join?
    1. Because we are invite only, new people can apply to join but we vet each individually. If chosen, it does not cost anything for brands to join as an expert (MVP) but there are premium services available. Clients that join can visit the pricing page to see how packages are created to tailor everyone’s needs with regards to getting the most out of the network.
  3. Is this a self service marketplace?
    1. No. DTCMVP is a managed service for everyone involved so that logins and prep and scheduling work are at an absolute minimum. We take a lot of pride in meeting people where they are to create the best experience possible.
  4. How are brand participants compensated?
    1. Currently we offer paypal and amazon gift cards to any email address, personal or work, that the brand participant wants to keep on file. Payments are made within 24 hours of the feedback call.
  5. How many meetings can I join?
    1. Quality is our priority. There is technically no limit but it depends on how many vetted partners are a good fit to get your feedback.
