What is the DTCMVP Portal?
DTCMVP (dtcmvp.com) has a client portal for you to login and view who you have met with, what the insights were from that call, and future feedback calls that are scheduled. We aim to be a modern solution for serious Shopify partners that want to gather and make the most of the feedback they receive in the network.
Below is a more detailed breakdown of what each client gets.
What is included in the portal?
- Network tab
- A comprehensive breakdown of how many expert network calls you have taken and calendar view of future calls and access to pre-call preparation.
- Insights tab
- A qualitative breakdown of themes and topics that should be used by your product and gtm teams to understand market perception and influence your roadmap + positioning.
- Market tab (coming soon)
- DTCMVP works extensively to measure how big the expert network could be (your feedback TAM) and how much the 8 and 9 figure brand landscape is growing any given quarter or year. We plan to expose trends and market size for our clients based on the types of brands they aim to get feedback from.
- Billing tab
- The billing tab is a more thorough breakdown of how many feedback calls you have taken and the overall DTCMVP program receipts. It also links out to your Stripe customer portal to manage your payment method.
- Admin tab
- The admin tab includes how many users you have on your account and what tabs they are allowed to see. Contact your DTCMVP rep to invite more people.
